“As quite a few of you have been asking about Bali, I wanted to inform everyone of the retreat centre we helped to establish there and what work is being done there and how it could be of benefit to some of you.
It had become increasingly obvious in recent years that many people were finding it harder to maintain their optimum level of health and wellbeing.
The body’s mental and physical systems that we used to take for granted have been struggling in the wake of the ever more toxic environment and lifestyles we expose ourselves to.
Full and radiant health and vitality levels are something few take for granted these days. Rather it is something we aspire to.
Having established courses in the Uk that gave opportunities for mental and energetic development, it was felt that we also needed to do something to address the health and balance of the physical systems of the body.
It was for this reason that in 2005 we helped to build a retreat centre in Bali to incorporate a program that addresses the physical aspects of health alongside the mental energetic and spiritual aspects.”

The goal of the programs offered at the centre is to open the door to radiant health and high levels of energy by cleansing and revitalising the body’s various systems and thus allowing improved cellular integrity.

On the retreats, we integrate deep internal cleansing with modern energetic and physical healing techniques.
