Just Let Go Days

This year we will be continuing to run our popular Just Let Go days, but they will be taking place at a beautiful new venue: A newly renovated chapel at Cowdray Park, Midhurst. The Chapel is an hour and twenty minute drive from central London. The address is Cowdray Chapel, Easebourne Street, Easebourn, Midhurst  GU29 0AL. The closest rail station is Haselmere. Trains run from London Waterloo to Haslemere and take 50 minutes. At the bottom of this page is a detail map and driving instruction, as well as a list of local B&Bs should you wish to stay overnight, as well as local taxi firm information.

There is a local farm shop where you can order your lunch for around ten pounds, otherwise you can bring your own  lunches.

Whether you just want to come to try something new that can help deeply transform your life or are already practicing meditation with Burgs, it is a wonderful opportunity to relieve stress, re-gain clarity and have some time out from your busy schedule.

The weekend will be a mixture of sitting meditation, deep yoga, chi gung and dynamic body work. You will work alternatively to settle and still your mind and body, and then clear out any accumulated mental, emotional and physical energy that creates dysfunction in your lives. Although this is very deep work it is also dynamic, fun and deeply rewarding.

The weekends all vary in their approach as Burgs responds to the group of individuals in front of him and gives the series of teachings that is most beneficial. Many people have been coming year after year now, always learning something different.

Concessions: While we do think that this is the right price for the day’s workshop and teaching, we do realize that there are people that would like to attend but cannot afford to. If this is the case please get in touch as we do offer concessions, and would much rather see you there than not.

Practical info

The day runs as a 10.00 arrival and registration for a prompt 10.30 start, and finishes at around 18.00. We would ask that you attend both days of the workshop, unless there are any special circumstances. As it is very deep work we would also suggest that you plan an easy Saturday evening to allow you process whats gone on during the day and get the most out of Sunday.


Directions to the Chapel are as on the map and the last part is: turn right into Park way and then immediately right and the Chapel is on the left. Parking is available on weekends in the estate office.
