Do Not Doubt For A Moment

True consciousness is not born of the mind.
It is a function of natural rest.

There is no awareness in mind and no mind in awareness. Get beyond doubt regarding this.

When the mind is pre-occupied the spirit is scattered.
When the spirit is scattered there is no centre
When there is no centre there is no place of rest
Without rest the heart is endlessly vexed
Constantly vexed is the path to depletion.

Not even the loftiest mind will ever pierce the veil...not even for a moment.
The mind IS the veil. The veil is ignorance. Turn away from it.
If the veil is not pierced all is shrouded.
With all shrouded there is no clarity of vision
Without clarity of vision there is no seeing.

To seek with the mind is to search blindfolded.
The truth is revealed only in Natural rest.
Leave everything AS it is, to reveal itself AS it is.
Do not elaborate with the mind. To elaborate is merely a vain attempt to uphold your position.

Rest this exhausted mind.
Rest.
Rest.
Rest.

Like a mountain... broad enough to be unshaken... high enough to rise above preferences and views.

Like a mountain lake... clear mirror like awareness. Undisturbed.The vessel that reflects all things yet is undistorted by them.

Like an endless blue sky . Vast and spacious. The ground of all things yet unburdened by all that comes and goes.

All things come and go. Find your natural state of rest. It is the doorway, the path and the fruit.

Do not doubt for a moment.
